P'lovers stands for both 'planet lovers' and 'Piping Plovers'...small Nova Scotia shore birds which were declared an endangered species in 1985. We believe the actions of each and every one of us can positively affect the quality of the world in which we live.
By modifying our lifestyles, using our purchasing power to reflect our values, and supporting activities which respect and protect the diversity of life, we can all make a difference.

On May 11th, 2013, P'lovers will celebrate both its first year at The Trillium (1443 South Park Street) and its 21st year of providing eco-alternatives.
P'lovers will be joining the festivities of I Love Halifax Local's Open City on May 11th and we will have bird-shaped cookies, free tree seedlings, and everything in the store will be 21% off!!!
